Founded by Milesh and Chandni Lakhani
The Property Edge was founded by Milesh and Chandni Lakhani.
Milesh has been involved in property since purchasing his first investment property in 2001 and has worked full-time in property for more than a decade.
His experience spans property investment, portfolio strategy, finance, and development. He also delivers the market update at Property Edge events and works directly with investors through his separate consulting business. Learn more about Milesh.
Chandni leads the development, organisation, marketing, and growth of The Property Edge, helping shape the events, partnerships, communications, and wider community.
Together, they have built The Property Edge around a simple idea:
