A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our latest Property Edge event in Farnborough.

This month, we brought back our popular Power Team format. Following the success of Power Team Ping Pong, we decided it was time for a little refresh and introduced Power Team Padel. The concept remained the same – practical learning and real-world insights – with a slightly more 2026 name.

The evening focused on one of the most important stages of any property project: the journey from legal completion through to project completion.

For many investors and developers, buying the property is only the beginning. The decisions that follow can have a huge impact on timescales, budgets and ultimately the success of the project.
